Golden Valley Residency

A small property of Lachung, surrounded by agricultural land on its either side. Lachung passes through the most difficult terrain in Sikkim full of picturesque waterfall, the hilly flora and many more. The whole of Lachung is covered with mighty mountains ranges which remain snow clad also the year and the Lachung Chu River flow it with all its pride. A Tibetan village named Zumsa resides on either of its side. The locality stands but its tradition and culture. There are 20 units in this hotel and the cuisine is mainly vegetarian and awe sum in taste. The rhododendron awaited to welcome one with there arms open wide.

It's a very basic hotel with very limited facilities. The rooms are very small and do not have a room heater also. Even the hot water is not reliable as there are power cuts very often in Lachung. The food though is very good. It is prepared on request, but the quality of food is good there considering the resources available and other constraints.
