The Himalayan Hotel

It was a family home of David McDonald in 1904 by on the later half it was turned out to be a hotel. The property is 2-storied consisting of 16 spacious rooms. The hotel is located between the beautiful and colourful garden featuring the variety of Himalayan flora. The hotel rests in the laps of the Kanchendzonga and the surrounding mountain ranges which drop by the nearby Teesta and Rangit River.

I had made a trip to Kalimpong in the month of April 2012 and I booked Himalayan hotel.The hotel is very good but the service could have been better.
