Resort Mayur

Before tourism flourished here, Lataguri was known for large number of saw mills that would work round the clock to convert the wooden green into mundane Doors and Windows. The Tourism movement lead to conservation, since people related to tourism now had direct benefits from preserving the forest. This change is quite obvious at Resort Mayur. This is one of the very first resorts build in Lataguri and that too converting the land of an existing saw mill into a tourist resort.

Resort Mayur started its journey in 2002. It is a standard resort with soothing view of nature all around. Apart from double rooms, the resort also has a 8 bedded jumbo room. The Gorumara National Park nature interpretation center is within walking distance.
